Introduction

Infinity IT Consulting AB is now looking for a driven AV Technician for our client in Karlstad. With us, you will work practically with the installation, operation, and further development of professional AV solutions, where technical expertise and problem-solving are at the center. We care about our culture and community and offer an environment where you can grow and develop. We are looking for someone who wants to work practically with meeting technology and support and contribute to the customer experience and long-term needs. The assignment has an immediate need with a start date to be agreed upon.

About the Position

In this role, you will:

• Install, configure, and manage clients' meeting and AV systems.
• Ensure high operational reliability and performance in platforms for video meetings and presentations.
• Troubleshoot and optimize hardware, software, and network integration for AV solutions.
• Contribute to the development and standardization of AV installations and processes.
• Document technical solutions and participate in internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have experience in AV technology or IT support (at least 1-2 years), preferably with a focus on meeting and conference solutions.
• Have a strong interest in technology and want to develop as a specialist in AV solutions.
• Are hands-on, problem-solving, and independent in technical matters.
• Can document and standardize technical solutions.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Preferred: experience with video and audio platforms, network integrations, or advanced meeting room solutions.
